Collector's Cache are limited-time treasure sets released during The International. These sets are not tradable or marketable for one year and often feature exclusive designs that cannot be obtained elsewhere.

Yes, using a Master Artificer's Hammer (for unusual couriers) or Artificer's Hammer (for other items). Note that extracting gems often destroys the original item unless you use a Master Artificer's Hammer. Some items like Arcana cannot have gems extracted once equipped.
